The appointment-length guide
30, 60 or 90 minutes? Make room for the massage you want.
More time can mean a slower pace or room for another focus area. The best length is the one that fits both your goal and the rest of your day.

30 minutes: keep the request focused.
A short appointment works best when you arrive with a clear priority. You might want to spend the available time on your shoulders, or choose a foot-focused visit instead of a whole-body appointment. Ask what is realistic before assuming that a shorter service is a compressed version of everything on the longer menu.
At Oud Spa, 30-minute Swedish massage is $48. Deep tissue and hot stone are each $58 for 30 minutes, while 30-minute reflexology is $30. Those are different services, not interchangeable price tiers. Compare the experience you want first, then decide which fits into your break.
60 minutes: a flexible starting point.
An hour gives you more room to balance a main focus with a broader session. For many first-time visitors, it is a practical way to learn their pressure and pace preferences without reserving the longest appointment. You still need to set priorities; booking an hour does not guarantee equal time for every area.
Swedish is $68 for 60 minutes. Deep tissue, pain relief, aromatherapy and hot stone are each $78 at that length. Combination massage is $75 and brings body work and foot reflexology into one visit. Foot-focused reflexology is $55. Your preference for body, feet or a combination should guide the choice.
90 minutes: ask for more space, not more intensity.
Choose 90 minutes when you want a less hurried pace or more room for several priorities. Discuss the outline at the beginning so the extra time goes where you want it. A longer appointment can use gentle pressure; duration does not determine intensity.
Oud Spa lists 90-minute Swedish at $98. Deep tissue, pain relief, aromatherapy and hot stone are each $108. Combination is $95, and reflexology is $80; the owner’s menu includes scalp massage within that 90-minute reflexology format. Couples massage is $190 for the pair at 90 minutes, compared with $130 for 60 minutes.
There are options between a quick break and an hour.
If 30 minutes is not quite the right fit, look at the shorter specialty services. Chair massage is listed at 25 minutes for $30 or 40 minutes for $50. Scalp massage is a 15-minute $20 or 25-minute $30 add-on. Check how it should be attached to a body-massage booking before reserving.
An add-on can change the shape of your visit. Ask whether it extends your appointment and how it appears in the booking confirmation. Do not assume a 60-minute body massage plus scalp work stays within exactly one hour away from your other commitments.
Budget for the visit as well as the treatment.
Leave room for the journey to 3850 Balfour Road, Suite I, a short conversation and changing before and after the session. If you have a fixed departure time, mention it while booking. A confirmation that looks clear today makes the day of your appointment easier.
The AMTA notes that table massage commonly spans 30 to 90 minutes, but that range is not a prescription for you. Choose according to your availability, comfort and budget. You can make a different choice next time after you know whether you wanted more time or a more focused plan.
